THE CEDARS INN GIBSON BC Great room size... however other concerns...... EXTREMELY SLOW INTERNET LACK OF ELEVATOR Same comment from several other guests ASKED FOR SOME NAPKINS AND GOT HANDED A ROLL OF TOILET PAPER NO TABLE INSIDE ROOMS TO EAT AT NICE BALCONY HOWEVER TABLE NOT CLEAN SLANTED WINDOWS FROM ROOF TO MAIN FLOOR NEED REGULAR CLEANING... very dirty on our visit No extra roll of toilet paper in bathroom. Front desk won't deliver you have to go get it. Went to ice from 2nd floor ice machine and was told by another guest Not to use it as it was extremely dirty and thus unsafe. Apparently even staff won't use it. I would Never book a convention here.

I have mixed feelings about our stay here. First, the staff were very kind. Check-in was efficient, and I appreciated their communication beforehand letting me know the hours they'd be there and that they could arrange after hours check-in if needed. (Not a problem for us.). The place looks very run down from the outside. It badly needs updating. It's a little sketch. I don't know how they call this a convention center. It's small. However, our room was spacious and comfortable and clean. We had a pet room, and it was nice that there was a grassy area just across from our door. But it was not close to the parking, so it was difficult to lug our luggage to our room. The beds were very firm, but ok. Wifi was good. TV worked just fine. They do not offer a breakfast on-site, but give you a voucher for Tim Hortons down the street. (Which was ok by us.). I think if they fix up the outside, this place could be really nice. But it needs a lot of work.

Yes I just want to say that the take care of my son the friendly staff went I need the most plus the jacuzzi and pool were heated and fun thanks to the staff 😊😎☝

We almost turned around as soon as we drove in to this property as the exterior facing the road is in horrible condition. But, the service and rooms were excellent. Unfortunately the breakfast included was a voucher for Tim Horton's, which was about 4 blocks away.

I can’t say anything good this place. We left without staying night. Creepy vibes to the room and area, ac broken, windows don’t open, dirty curtains. Opens in to patio shades by all with tables and chairs, lots of people smoke so smell of cigs is in the air . It was cool weekend so nobody around but I’m sure in summer would be hell for noise since everyone hang around on the patio outside your door. Supposedly a convention center but I really think that is exaggerated . Not for me
