Splendido hotel dove regna la cordialità, la disponibilità e la professionalità. La dedizione al cliente. La struttura è modernissima con grande parcheggio gratis. La mia stanza era molto ampia, pulitissima con mobili moderni. Le lenzuola nuovissime candide, i materassi e cuscini al top. Il bagno grande con ricco set di cortesia e phon eco 2.00, che non si trova Mai negli hotel dove ci sono quelli rumorosi e che non asciugano i capelli. E credetemi io giro molto e sono molto esigente. Che dire.. poi c'è la spa che è un sogno realizzato da Kim splendida padrona di casa che, con la sua bellezza, simpatia e preparazione coinvolge gli ospiti che lo desiderano a partecipare anche all' acquagym che la impegna in prima persona. Troppo bello tutto. La colazione servita in splendida sala, è ottima con salato vario e torte e dolci siciliani, cornetti appena sfornati che puoi farcire come desideri. Quattro giorni sono stati pochi. Tornerò con amici e credetemi ne vale la pena anche perché è strategicamente situato. Puoi raggiungere tutte le località della costa orientale della Sicilia al nord e a Sud. Come abbiamo fatto noi! Grazie mille per averci fatto passare 4 giorni meravigliosi.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour au sein de cet hôtel. La chambre était très spacieuse ce qui est fortement agréable. Nous avions une chambre vue sur la piscine, pour info lors de notre voyage, il y avait un cours d'aquagym tous les 3 jours (9h-10h), cela ne nous a pas plus dérangés que ça. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas incroyable, les mêmes produits sont présentés chaque jour au buffet, mais il reste correct et le service y est impeccable. Le personnel y est très sympathique. Piscine pas si grande que ça, mais au vu de la fréquentation de l'hôtel cela ne nous a pas dérangés. Si je suis amené à revenir sur Catane, je pourrai tout à fait y séjourner de nouveau.

Posizione comoda per arrivare sia a Catania che a Taormina. Le stanze sono pulite e nuove. A parte abbiamo fatto la spa e il massaggio, molto rilassante. Ci siamo trovati bene. La colazione..buona l’idea dei cornetti che si possono riempire da se, ma potrebbero esserci più cibi salati e qualche torta artigianale piuttosto che quelle confezionate. La piscina è comoda, potrebbe essere leggermente più pulita.

Plenty of space for parking car / motorcycle.
Room large and clean . Tea/coffee in room .
Restaurant does not open in the evening. Young gentleman on reception was helpful . Burger bar a few doors away was very nice , staff were friendly. Breakfast was not great
Carpets throughout were very dirty .

La Città di Giarre.......dovrebbe dare un Premio al Gruppo Alberghiero che ha rilevato un Vecchio Catorcio ed oggi ha dato alla Città un Hotel con Stile, Professionalità e Servizio.... Complimenti Grande Accoglienza e Competenza.....

Struttura centrale e molto pulita. Camera spaziosa e ben organizzata. Staff alla reception cordiale e disponibile. Piscina esterna ben curata, attrezzata con lettini ed ombrelloni. Abbiamo usufruito del servizio bar per l'aperitivo, ottimo. Colazione varia con prodotti freschi, la ragazza in servizio davvero carina e disponibile. Siamo stati davvero bene nonostante abbiamo pernottato una sola notte.

Hotel semplice, nella media. Buon punto di appoggio, camere ordinarie e comode, senza particolari fronzoli. Si trova sulla statale, di fronte ad una stazione di servizio. Non ho fruito di piscina esterna e Spa. Prezzi mediamente più bassi di altre strutture in zona.

We enjoyed our stay at SHS! Great location with private parking. Rooms are very spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Special Thanks to Pierre Paola who was of utmost help when we remembered that we forgot valuables in our room’s safe!! She assured us that everything was found and kept our belongings safe till we picked them up👏👏👏♥️! Gracie Mille🙏🏻👏👏!
