The environment is good, the hotel is beautiful, breakfast can, unfortunately the hotel heating system is broken, more than 29 degrees all day, and hot and hot, I think its such a beautiful hotel should be able to do better

A stylish hotel, in a fabulous location! We could see Mt Etna from this gorgeous hotel.
Parking was free.
From the time we arrived until the time we left, we could not fault it.
I highly recommend this really beautiful hotel.

Stayed here for two days! All perfect! From eating, to spacious rooms (superior) to beach service! The pizza (with electric oven) served on the terrace with sea view is also excellent. I would like to point out that I was surprised by the kindness and helpfulness of all the staff, without exception, which is not a given.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel e ci siamo trovati benissimo! Struttura accogliente, camere pulite e ben curate, ottima colazione e posizione perfetta per rilassarsi. Una menzione speciale al sig. Tonino, sempre disponibile, gentile e pronto a soddisfare ogni esigenza con un sorriso. La sua cordialità ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. The hotel decor and the Italian charm is there to be seen. The reception staff were polite and welcoming.We stayed on the 4th floor facing the pool and the sea. I would have rated it 5 but balcony furniture needs renewing. The outside area needs some TLC. Take water shoes as the beach is pebbly. The hotel guests are a mix of nationalities which was great. The breakfast was what you would expect when being away and it was fine, mixture of different croissants, fresh fruit, bacon, eggs, selection of meats and cheeses, yogurts. Giardini Naxos is a lovely place. It’s about 15min walk into the harbour where there are lots of places to eat. But it you don’t want to walk far, outside the hotel there are a good selection of restaurants to choose from. Not sure why people knock this hotel and the staff as we have found everything and everyone great.

Ho soggiornato due notti in questo Hotel, la miglior scelta che potevo fare, accoglienza ottima, piscina ben curata, spiaggia e mare a due passi tutto sul posto, colazione magari da migliorare con prodotti artigianali (torte non sembravano esserle sinceramente)e a 10 minuti a piedi dal lungomare, ritorneremo

Wow what a way to start a vacation! This hotel is nestled in the seaside town of Naxos, near Taurmina, Sicily a very laid back, sweet town tht has obviously been a tourist hot spot. The hotel is literally on the water, with a private beach and swimming pool, in the shadow of Mount Etna. Absolutely stunningly clear waters, breezy sunshine and a very luxurious vibe. Our room had a view of the beach and the many calm, happy visitors staying there. A bar facing the pool, a grand entry space with 5 staff to assist with questions. Mornings come with a free breakfast spread. You name it its there - eggs, sausages, croissants, tarts, pastries ( all delicious) juices, cereals, coffee, fresh and cut fruit, and lovely view of the water. On a lazy little street with a few tourist shops, nice little restaurants offering Lemoncello Spritz, and all shops boasting lemons, lemons, lemons. Theres a bus stop about 2 blocks away to catch a ride into Tauromina - definitely worth seeing, and offering jump on, jump off buses to see the sites. Tauromina is loaded with shops and gelato spots and pizzeria places, and in Naxos ( about a mile walk away) there are restaurants offering fish dishes, gelato and views of the water. really exceptional hotel - the pool is wonderful, the beach is wonderful, and a lovely place to slide into contentment.
