Bai Dinh Riverside Resort & Spa

Quiet tastefully decorated with a spa zen feel and an awesome pool. The room was very clean and cool. When we arrived we were given a warm welcome and a glass of cool green tea The manager offered us a complimentary upgrade as they were not super busy. Although certainly not expected, it was very helpful to us that the manager spoke excellent English.

A surprisingly lovely quiet resort, not the most frequented resort at this time of the year, but we loved the peace and tranquility and were treated with utmost care. We enjoyed almost full attention for breakfast and dinner. Even had a complimentary bottle of tasty Dalat wine for our stay. We were upgraded to the Family Villa with 3 rooms - a luxury for my family of 4. Lucas the manager was thoughtful and made our 2 night stay very memorable. This is a short drive to Bai Ding Pagoda (10minutes) and nearby Hang Mua Caves (around 30 to 45 mins).

We decided to go Ninh Binh to celebrate our kids' birthday and I have to say, by far this is the highlight of our trip. Good point: the room was clean, enough space for kids to walk around, clean air as it's not next to big road and the staff are so very friendly and helpful. They helped us arrange our private trip to the bear reserved center and the Thugn Nham Bird Park, and even better, surprised our kids with a full size birthday cake after we had dinner there. Food was decent too, they have everything we need for both adults and kids. Weak point: the standing shower never have hot water enough to shower eventhough I turned on the heater for ages. It wasn't a problem with my wife and kids as they love the bath tub, but I'd prefer a hot shower after a long day, not to mention the water pressure was quite weak. The place itself is very quiet and not really near any restaurants or stores so be prepared to dine at the place all day, or rent a bicycle to venture .

Incredible resort , the rooms were super spacious and well decorated xx The restaurant had great food Special thanks to Thao who was always helping us and was taking care of all our needs making us feel like home :) I will definitely be back again hopefully soon

The receptionist and staff here are very enthusiastic and friendly. There were a few minor issues that were quickly resolved. I am very satisfied with this experience. We had a truly wonderful 2 days off. It's very peaceful here, the room space is minimalist, and the scent is very pleasant. Dinner and breakfast were served on time and were quite delicious with specialties of goat meat and scorched rice!!! Thank you ! 🙏🏻
