由於是比較舊的飯店，設施比較老式，使用起來也比較不便。像是吹風機就是那種直筒式的，吹起來比較慢，也比較難乾。床也比較硬，難睡。訂的是雙人房，但給了兩張單人床。

We stayed here as part of a 2 day tour into the sahara desert where it never rains( it absolutely threw it down, sand was like walking in cement). This hotel falls into what I call my WASH hotel group, ( what a sh it hole). If I had booked this hotel online and was taken there by hotel transfer then I would have walked straight back out and gone home, smoking is allowed everywhere, the surfaces of bar area and tables was so sticky, drinks were served by the measure and very expensive, the bedrooms were awful, the safe wouldn't work and if it did it wasn't bolted down, we could have picked it up and walked out with it, the fridge wasn't plugged in, the shower room was cordoned off with a shower curtain, and the grouting was green and black, food was very limited, the staff were very accomadating, but they have a lot to put up with, plus after already paying tax once at our main hotel, we had to pay again here. Would we go back here, no, we wouldn't

Stayed here for 2 nights as part of a trip into Sahara itself. Hotel looks great, spacious with nice areas to relax and with a great pool. Food option are basic but paletable, rooms are pretty basic. No mod-cons here but i've paid more to stay in worss. Staff were polite, helpful, and friendly.

Le personnel est incroyablement accueillant et disponible, toujours prêt à aider avec le sourire. Leur gentillesse et attention aux détails ont vraiment rendu ma expérience spéciale. La chambre été propres et confortables : impeccables. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel à quiconque cherche un séjour agréable !

Struttura molto suggestiva alle porte di douz, la porta del deserto.la struttura in color sabbia ed è frequentata da tantissimi turisti in quanto si tratta di una tappa obbligata lungo le vie carovaniere. L’albergo è un quattro stelle che presenta camere abbastanza ampie con bagni privati.è presente un caffè dove si può fumare è un ristorante. È presente un’ampia piscina esterna mentre non è presente una piscina al coperto atmosfera suggestiva e multiculturale. Sicuramente non un albergo di lusso, ma ideale per immergersi nelle ambientazioni e nelle sensazioni da Sara. Non siamo pentiti di questa scelta. Avevamo preso un trattamento di pensione completa quindi pagavamo le bevande ai pasti.
