就在杜茲撒哈拉沙漠的入口處，酒店很新，設施齊全，五六十棟獨立的villa，選擇很多～ 住在這裏，你住在撒哈拉沙漠腹地要舒適得多。 ^_^

It was my first time visiting southern Tunisia, and I was truly impressed by my stay at this wonderful hotel. The services were excellent, and I especially loved the food, the breakfast was absolutely delicious! I do have a small suggestion for improvement: adding chairs in front of the villas would be a great idea to better enjoy the sunshine. The hotel was really fantastic but Tayssir at reception stole the show. We had endless questions, yet she answered each one with care, calm, and an ever present smile.Her hospitality alone is reason enough to return! Thank you all the Team of The Residence Douz

new beautiful hotel, large villas with interesting traditional furniture, beautiful views around, well-kept clean territory, polite staff, professionals at the reception. definitely this is the best hotel in Douz - we were satisfied with everything, thanks to the hotel and people who work inside.

Un hôtel exceptionnel ! Accueil extrêmement chaleureux, une très belle qualité de service, le personnel très gentil. Villa spacieuse, propre, très bien équipée, la vraie définition du Haut Standing. La nourriture est vraiment bonne et variée. On a pu profiter du cadre magnifique et calme.

Situé dans la zone touristique de Douz Cet hôtel répond aux standards internationaux d’hôtels chics, soignés mais sans aucun charme en adéquation avec la région où le pays. Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres, modernes et disséminés sur un immense domaine où vous ne pourrez pas vous déplacer sans appeler la réception pour que l’on vienne vous chercher. Là où le bât blesse et où on n’est pas du tout au niveau des standards chics internationaux recherchés par la direction, c’est au niveau des compétences, du professionnalisme et de la réactivité du personnel dès l’arrivée dans l’hôtel avec un tarif annoncé différent du tarif facturé jusqu’au petit-déjeuner avec un personnel en nombre mais nonchalant et manquant cruellement de réactivité. Quant au Spa, la structure est agréable mais le client est littéralement livré à lui-même, le hammam ressemble plus à une piscine qu’à autre chose et on joue à cache cache avec le personnel pour une simple serviette.
