We arrived in the evening and the helpful person in the reception was very calm and informative. After we left the luggage in the room we went down to the restaurant. The food was delicious. It was cooked with care and love. The breakfast in the morning was very good. The room was very clean and well looked after.

Très bon hôtel réservé pour le weekend car en partenariat avec l'exposition féline qui avait lieu à Ath. Très bon accueil, bon petit déjeuner, bonne literie, plusieurs oreillers à disposition. Rien à redire, nous y retournerons avec plaisir lors du prochain show.

The hotel, standard, clean, food was edible but not fantastic. Safe was not working in our room, went to reception to be told that nothing could be done as the guy who sorts them is off. So couldn't put passports in there. The hotel is basic, think premier inn but comfortable. A very random Santa head was hanging from the ceiling in the corridor, this was quite scary tbh. The whole floor or rooms got locked out their room at a very long and tiring day in the Christmas markets, everyone had to go downstairs and get the key card fixed. Apparently this also happened the week before to all the rooms as well. I accidentally left my bracelet and necklace on the side of the dressing table with leaving early and getting locked out of our room. They were left in the exact same spot I took them off every night for the 3 nights stay, I called and emailed them but they said nothing was handed in. So clearly the staff kept them or put them in the bin as they definitely got left in the room. The necklace and bracelet had no financial value as they were only cheap but my recently deceased mum gave them to me,so this is very upsetting and disappointing.

Passé votre chemin.
Chambre réservée, mais restauration squattée par un groupe, donc nous avons été obligé de manger un sandwich dans la chambre. Le chauffage à + de 23° est non réglable et la télévision en panne. Très déçu.
