Very enthusiastic boss, marked the specific attractions in Ghent on the map. Ctrip prices are several times cheaper than the official website. Most of the guests staying here are business people. The front desk lobby is very good and it is very convenient to walk to the train station in about 5 minutes. It's a pity that there is no air conditioning

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Coffee, tea and biscuits were provided. The bathroom was bright and the staff at the counter were friendly and welcoming. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the central station, but a little far from the attractions. Since we were not in a hurry, we could reach the attractions in about half an hour.

I came to Europe for 15 days, and this hotel is the worst. The room is facing west but has no air conditioning. You can open the window, but the traffic downstairs is very noisy. It can only be quiet after 1 o'clock in the evening. There are people talking downstairs very early in the morning. All facilities are extremely simple.
There is no phone in the room. If you need service, you have to use your own mobile phone to call the front desk, which is like making an international long-distance call for me.
After the hotel waiter took away the used towels, he did not put new clean towels. Not serious!

It is five minutes away from Ghent train station. The staff at the counter are very friendly and proactively provide us with travel information. The room was very clean and comfortable. The light rail station was right at the door. Unfortunately, it was under renovation. It took half an hour to walk to the old town, but the scenery along the way was very good. I will stay in this hotel again if I travel to Ghent next time!

The location is good, but the air conditioner in the room is broken and there is no solution. The reason is that the new decoration has not been completed yet. The window cannot be fixed. The facilities are really not good. 1600 a night is not cheap. It is not worth it.
