Chambre réservée sur booking mais ce n’est ni un hôtel, ni un Airb&b… donc pas terrible. Propreté vraiment à revoir (pas dans la chambre qui était très propre) dans l’escalier et le sol de la cuisine. L’endroit n’est pas fini (des trous et finitions en cours) mais on paye très cher! La cuisine est minuscule (et sans eau…) et n’avait qu’un tabouret le 1er jour (compliqué à 4! Sans compter les autres clients!) ) et dans la chambre on n’avait que 2 tabourets. Heureusement qu’on s’est débrouillé pour les pdj… Le propriétaire n’est pas désagréable mais trop occupé par sa deco (artiste?) et pas assez par la tenue des lieux, la finition, le service haut de gamme vu le prix. Matelas en mousse… la cata pour mon dos sensible…

Chambre Shangai surprenante et agréable mais problèmes pratiques durant les 2 jours du séjour : propriétaire injoignable, place de parking attribuée, utilisée pour un autre client; 1 seul petit dejeuner sur les 2jours (ce n’est pas un b&b!) et compliqué à organiser; Les propriétaires ont des choses interessantes à partager sur l’Asie et la poterie. Néanmoins une fiche pratique expliquant le wifi, le petit déjeuner, le parking et un moyen de joindre facilement le propriétaire, permettrait de rendre le séjour vraiment agréable, sans stress… Rapport qualité prix à revoir

Waren in Gent voor dag en nachtje uit. Prachtige stad waar je de leukste kroegjes vind. Voor 't verblijf kozen we voor Verne Dreams en dan specifiek voor de Shanghai suite. Reden was dat ze voor een scherpe prijs een kamer met jacuzzi boden. Alles was zo bijzonder en luxe dat de kapotte jacuzzi snel vergeten was. Daarbij was de eigenaar super attent om tegemoet te komen. Het bad was perfect, en dan heb je nog een inloopdouche die zo groot maar ook zo lekker is met regendouche. Bed was voorzien van zacht matras en sliep fantastisch. Wij gaan zowieso nog wel terugkomen, genoeg te beleven in Gent en geen betere kamer denkbaar.

When it looks to good to be true, it is not true! Very bad experience, we left before we even got started. The reception was rude, the rooms poor, next to a very busy road, that time under constructions, the welness shown in the pictures not there, way to expensive. Preteding in marketing they aim for high end market, but it is nothing like that. The hotelrooms are built in an old squizy house with narrow stairs and small rooms.

Niets was wat het beloofde te zijn. Daarnaast waren asfalteerwerkzaamheden voor het huis gaande. Fiks lawaai en stank. Gastheer wilde ons eruit zetten zo der refund omdat wij het oneens waren over de gang van zaken. Politie gebeld, toen leek gastheer toch ontvankelijk voor ons. Echter later lazen we via *********** zeer slechte tekst over wat vlgs hem ons gedrag was. Dat kan niet. We hebben 1 uur later ons geld terug gekregen van ***********. Goed dat deze partij er tussen zit anders waren we echt de klos geweest. VERNE Dreams, verkoopt gebakken lucht aan high-end markt. Echt zonde. We hadden zo uit gekeken naar kalm lang weekend Gent. We raden deze plek beslist af.

Ce fut un moment très agréable ! La chambre était nickel, immense et décoré au goût de l’Asie et du zen! L’accueil fut chaleureux ! Je recommande vivement ! Proche des transports en commun et du centre ville, c’était idéal ! Nous sommes arrivés pour la fête de Gand, ce fut vraiment top !

Prima locatie, grote kamers vast met zorg maar met oude spullen ingericht. Fijne douche en schoon. Te weinig handdoeken voor 4 personen lagen er maar twee. Bedden zijn belabberd. Drukke straat met veel verkeer en in het weekend vele stappers die tot vroeg in de morgen overlast veroorzaken. Onze slaapkamer aan de voorkant was heel gehorig alle geluiden van buiten zijn de hele nacht waarneembaar, ook met gesloten ramen. Het inchecken gaat op zijn boerenfluitjes. Voor twee kamers en zes personen € 359,00 betaald zonder ontbijt niet echt de hoofdprijs maar naar mijn mening toch te veel voor wat je krijgt. Te veel ergernissen. Jammer
