We called to reserve a room with a view, the first room they gave us had broken and stained furniture and dirty bedding. They said they have better rooms, inly the other room to worse! I mean even the pillows are not clean, and furniture broken and stauned. It was 11 pm and we couldnt even spend the night. We left immediately and asked for a refund, inly for them to return half the price! We didnt stay 5 minutes in the place as it was exteremely dirty. Wehad visited the same hotel a year earlier and it was nice, but now it was terrible

Very nice location, price for the room that we got was very nice. The hotel is quite and staff are very hospitable. Thank you to the whole team to make our stay unforgettable in Lebanon. There is a parking reserved for the hotel resident, and this was a plus for us
