The Radisson Blu Tower Hotel may meet Indian standards, but not the standards of foreign tourists.
Check-in was not good. A receptionist who barely spoke English, and who demanded a credit card (not a debit card) to charge all the drinks we made. It was almost 4 in the morning, and it was very annoying to have to discuss these issues at that time. We just wanted to sleep.
Although the room initially seemed clean, it was very unkempt (I attach photos and videos). We had to kill several COCKROACHES and in the bathroom there were electric cables in contact with water!!!
The power went out in the room at 11 at night and I had to go down to reception. Instead of offering us a room change, I had to wait until a technician came to fix it.
THE WORST: a waiter at the hotel tried to keep our money. We had to tell him a couple of times until he agreed to give it back to us. This cannot happen at a Radisson hotel.
We contacted Radisson by email, but at no point did they offer us a solution or an apology.
Important point: the Radisson hotel is located in another state. Every time you want to visit Delhi YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY A TOLL.
The breakfast is repetitive. We wanted to try the buffet one night (50€ per person) and we didn't like it. It was exclusively Indian food. We tried to talk to the waiters several times to get them to adapt some dish (without spice), but it was impossible because they barely speak English.
We will not return to this Radisson, nor will we recommend it.
