Hôtel avec un manque de personnel. Une seule personne le matin pour gérer l’hôtel , le petit déjeuner et le bar . Nous devions aller chercher le personnel assis dans la cuisine pour commander des boissons . Une employée soufflait à chaque demande. Personne pour nous accueillir au spa alors que nous avions réservé un créneaux horaire . Les planches apéritives à 25 euros pièce ne sont jamais les mêmes .

Zeer fijn hotel, basic kamers maar zeker goede staat. Was netjes en fijn. Ontbijt was top, geheel op wandelafstand van het centrum waar je kan avondeten. Als kers op de taart is de SPA fantastisch. Online niet helemaal duidelijk maar bij een kamer komt dit op €10/u extra, maar dan heb je wel wat: alles in perfecte (nieuwe) staat: jacuzzi, zwembad, sauna (met zicht op de wijnranken), hammam en douches. Werkt met reservering waardoor het er niet te druk is, wij waren het hele uur in totaal met 3p. Top!!!

J'ai fait un massage en début d'année que j'ai vraiment apprécié ainsi que l'accès au SPA. Tout était fait en sorte pour se détendre et l'apprentie était aux petits soins ! Une connaissance a également testé le SPA il y a environ une semaine et a bien aimé aussi ! Petit bémol car elle a vu que la personne qui a fait le massage était malade et n'avait pas de masque.. Elle a appris quelques jours plus tard qu'elle avait le Covid! Heureusement elle n'a pas eu de symptômes! N'ont-il pas assez de personnel dans ces situations ??

C est la 3eme fois que je vais au spa pour un massage. Les installations sont toujours très bien et très propres. En revanche la qualité des massages a nettement baissé. Les jeunes femmes ont peu de experience et pas de senior pour les guider. Décevant et donc le rapport qualité/prix n est plus bon.

A very pleasant stopover on the outskirts of the village. Clean comfortable rooms simply furnished. Safe parking. No restaurant but places to eat a short distance away. Had a lovely stroll in the morning through the surrounding vineyards. Good value.

When we booked the Hotel Les Grands Crus we wanted a hotel in the heart of the Bourgogne region. That's is what we got. The vines are all around. With great views from the room. The welcome was warm and efficient, the room is lovely, clean and comfortable. Unfortunately there no kettle or safe in the room.
