The worst hotel i have ever been. No good service at all. They do not emphatize with the guest when there is a problem and they do not know anything about what the word service means. Horrible, just a nightmare ! I do not recommend it to anyone as they will make your stay miserable.

Lamentable segunda planta
Las habitaciones de la segunda planta se encuentran en un estado penoso y mal ventiladas. No disponen de adecuada habitabilidad y no se corresponden con el precio del hotel. El año pasado estuvimos en la primera, que están muy bien.

todo terrible, humedad suciedad habitación 208 no deberia estar al publico sin una reforma y limpieza,el precio de suite y la calidad de estercolero el olor no se puede transmitar por mucho que escriba pero la humedad y el frio eran tremendos y eso que hizo buen tiempo todo el fin de semana lo mejor para hacerse una idea seran las fotos
