Hotel manager is really rude. Didn’t even let me have my breakfast first before complaining about smoking in the room without even knowing we couldn’t smoke. Very expensive and is not big deal. I ended up paying 100 euros extra in fines.

Tuve un accidente con el coche en el parking del Hotel. Fue por la noche al acceder .Me quedó todo arañado el lateral derecho. La entrada y salida comparten la misma rampa y no hay ningún tipo de semáforo, ni espejo, ni control de paso(semáforos o avisos), iluminación insuficiente de acceso por la noche. Después de comentarlo con el director declinaron todo tipo de responsabilidad. A destacar la amabilidad de los conserjes de noche, Raul y Alejandro.

Hotel boutique súper agradable. El secreto “familiar” En esta ocasión he comido en el restaurante,un menú de 30 euros muy conseguido. Una ensalada mixta con ventresca. Una lubina de racion a la plancha. Y un postre Vino de la casa Marqués de Vitoria Todo estaba en su lugar El servicio perfecto. Totalmente recomendable

Spaghetti carboneras froides dans une petite assiette pour 16 euros, pas d'entrées sur la carte. Xhipirones épuisées . Salle de restaurant déserte. Certes c'est un lundi soir et le site de la baie est beau. Mais pour le reste resto à fuire.. Très cher et pas bon.. Globalement prix élevés pour petites portions dans la tendance observée sur Bilbao..

El servicio de bar pésimo: la atención del personal deja mucho que desear, y más teniendo en cuenta la categoría del hotel. Conocemos bien el hotel porque vivimos cerca y alojamos a clientes que vienen del extranjero pero buscaremos otro lugar, ya que no es la primera vez que recibimos una atención mediocre en el bar

Beautiful property with a seaside walking path. Easy location for visiting Bilbao if you are comfortable with a short bus ride. Getxo a great diversion.
