Mi creencia de que un trabajo excelente debe ser recompensado y esto es totalmente sobre este hotel. Pasamos 3 noches en una super ubicación y a nivel de España estamos convencidos de que este hotel está en el top 3 de los mejores. Bravo al equipo (recepción, restaurante, parking...), todos muy educados y acogedores. Solo algunas cosas a mejorar: 1. la presión de la ducha es bastante débil y estropea la impresión de una gran habitación 2. el acceso a la sauna debería ser gratuito pero limitado en el tiempo para los clientes del hotel

A very unique and special place - staff was gracious, the grounds beautiful and calming. Our room had a private balcony overlooking the bay. Food was excellent both for a casual lunch and elegant dinner. Short walk down to the beach, which we had all to ourselves; just a short cab ride into town - we won't stay anywhere else if we return to Bilbao!

Concordo con la recensione di Matteo il personale non è adeguatamente formato per un hotel 5 stelle: ad esempio a colazione i camerieri giravano a vuoto, confondevano le ordinazioni, uscivano dalla cucina piatti non richiesti e non uscivano quelli richiesti, tanto meno in contemporanea per lo stesso tavolo, a cena il cameriere ha servito il vino senza prima farlo assaggiare.Gentilezza alla reception pari a zero, non salutavano neppure, fatta eccezione per una signorina bionda molto brava e gentile, lei si adatta ad un 5 stelle unitamente alla responsabile del ristorante. Sopravvalutato.

Vandaag aangekomen .. als member van LHW zou je een upgrade of mooie kamer verwachten. Helaas hebben we een klein hoek kamertje (211)met klein raampje en weinig ruimte maar dat bleek bij navraag te komen omdat wij 2 aparte bedden hadden gevraagd.. ook is een open badkamer ook niet ideaal als vriendenstel .. weinig privacy .. dit voldoet niet aan onze verwachtingen…

The Palacio Arriluce was formerly a private mansion and has been converted into a beautiful luxury boutique hotel. We only stayed one night, unfortunately, but it was an absolutely wonderful stay. The staff were uniformly delightful. We had a spectacular dinner in Delaunay and loved the breakfast there in the morning. We wished we could have stayed longer but it was our last night on a tour of the Basque Country. The view from our terrace was magnificent and the hotel is very convenient to Bilbao Airport and not far from Bilbao's city centre by public transport. I can't recommend it enough.

Ya habiamos comido en el restaurante hace meses y queriamos probar la terraza. Las vistas, la terraza y el entorno del Palacio son maravillosos. Hay un PERO enorme, el personal empezando por la chica que hace de metre que en palabras de mi hija, te da miedo como te habla. Por aqui que no son huespedes, quieren comer lo que han pedido todo a la vez? Pero si ni cabria en la mesa. Siguiendo por los camareros que parece no tengan escuela y que hayan empezado ayer. Una al preguntarle, donde esta el bano? Ha contestado- me ha pillado ahora pregunto no tengo idea. Otra ha dejado la bandeja en la silla que sobraba en nuestra mesa durante toda la comida. Otro ha venido con los 3 primeros y nos dice! Hagan sitio en la mesa! Este mismo al servirnos de nuevo en los salones interiores nos pregunta ? Van a comer? Perdon!!! Si acabas de servirnos y habia 3 mesas comiendo. Urge poner orden al servicio Es una lastima un lugar tan maravilloso que se lo carge el personal de servicio. Metre chica que suavice su atencion a los clientes, hoy no estoy alojada pero manana puedo encargar una boda en el establecimiento. Ubicacion idilica Servicio de rancho. Un detalle, si entras sin coche al Palacio accedes por la barrera de coches , horrible este detalle

Tout était parfait, la chambre, la vue, les installations, le personnel et tout particulièrement le petit déjeuner. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille, avons profiter du spa et de la belle piscine. Beaucoup de bons restaurants à proximité dans Getxo......

Escapada perfecta de un fin de semana: Hotel estupendo desde el momento que entras con el coche, te transportas a otra época y te sientes como en la serie de TV "La Promesa". Las estancias superacogedoras, un trato exquisito de todo el personal, una coctelería de 10, el desayuno inmejorable, la cena en el restaurante de una calidad altísima tanto en lo que sirven como en la elaboración y presentación, nuestras felicidades al chef. Un lujo tomar el sol o ver el atardecer con un cóctel de cara a la bahía. Volveremos, sin ninguna duda. Gracias.
