Great location. Nice rooms. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay here again. Location is right in the center of town and can easily walk to all local establishments.

A perfect place to stay in Lincoln Square, within walking distance of the college and many shops and restaurants. Recent renovations brought this hotel to a new level. Shout out to the night auditor Shaquana who was super welcoming and professional upon our very late arrival!

yes, very centrally located. that said, overpriced for what you get. for a historic hotel, other than the bar area (which was charming and had great service), the rest of the hotel was modern and left me very disappointed. very strange room configuration with a teeny bathroom with what seemed like a miniature sink. no drawer or shelf in bathroom where you could put your products, makeup, etc. no bottle of water in room (although a water pitcher in lobby) no water bottle refill stations. parking convenient behind hotel but expensive. staff not especially helpful. for example, my husband dropped me off in front with our bags, and i tried to juggle carrying 3 bags into the lobby. several staff saw me, but never offered assistance. i located a trolley on my own and took trolley to the room. i would look elsewhere if visiting area again. not impressed.

Great hotel in the center of town. Close to everything, nice staff. Rooms are a little utilitarian but get the job done. It's a historic location but a modern hotel so the rooms are all new. As a historic property that was expanded over time there are some odd room layouts, but most importantly the beds are comfortable and we slept well.

Great location however overpriced. Bad AC in first room led to being moved to another room. Front desk when checking in could be more responsive...however, when checking out was very nice. Great hotel for walking next door to Majestic Theater... however, next time I go to Gettysburg...I plan to try out one of the chain hotels.

The service and accommodations at the hotel Gettysburg are wonderful! Beds are super comfortable, food is very good and it's the service that sets it above most other hotels at its level. Special note for Parker, a. Porter who was so helpful and went way above and beyond in portage duties for our guest transferring in from the airport. Another couple had a lot of luggage and they both dealt with mobility issues and he stopped everything to assist them to their room and help them unload their many bags. He has a bright future in the hotel industry should he decide to stay!

I am disabled and called the front desk a few hours before check in time. I inquired whether it was possible to check in early because I wasn't feeling well. She told me to come on in, that they had my room ready. I was so grateful and upon entering the lobby the woman behind the desk said yes I just talked to you. She got me checked in and asked if there was anything I needed and if so please let them know. Our room was beautiful and clean. The entire hotel is very clean and the staff are accommodating. Being right on the square you have access to the shops and restaurants or you can sit out front on one of their benches and enjoy the scenery. I highly recommend Hotel Gettysburg.
