Ibis Budget Madrid Getafe

The room is small and the hygiene is average. There are large shopping malls around, which is convenient for shopping. It is far from the city center, but parking is convenient.

Nos dijeron que tenían tarta de chocolate y nos pusieron un trozo de bizcocho con supuestamente un hilo de chocolate por encima le dijimos a la chica que nos atendió que eso no era tarta de chocolate y nos dijo que bueno pero aquí la llamaban así

Muy bien situado, a unos 30 minutos del centro de Madrid en coche. Limpio y económico. El personal muy atento y amable. Tiene parking y wifi gratuito. Todo queda integrado en la habitación. La cama es muy grande y cómoda. El desayuno está bien. No hay gran variedad pero es aceptable.

Las habitaciones del hotel dejan que desear. No tienen armario. El baño está dividido en un habitáculo con el vater (con una puerta que no se cierra con pomo) y una placa ducha junto a la cama. Las vistas de la ventana daban a un polígono industrial. El buffet tenía lo básico de dulce y salado, pero para pocos días es llevadero. Es un hotel bastante retirado de Madrid. Como parte positiva, todo estaba bastante limpio y la atención del personal fue buena.

From the beginning I have tried to register my 13 year old daughter into the room with us. And they tell us that this is not possible because the regulations of the community of Madrid do not allow it, despite it being a double bed with an extra bed, as indicated in the photo. Hotel located on the outskirts of Madrid, very close to the motorway. Friendly staff, breakfast with the essentials and quality. Simple but clean rooms. Good price . Shopping and outlet close by. I recommend the visit.

The receptionists are the stupidest people I have ever met in my life, apparently they have a hard time being friendly and can't smile. I just went down to breakfast and I asked him for a Nespreso coffee (paying for it separately) and he told me no, that I have to drink rat killer coffee from the breakfast buffet machine. Also with bad forms. Terrible deal, if the business were mine they would already be on the street.

Hello travelers, I stayed at this hotel for only one night for an express trip to the area. It has what you need, comfortable room, correct breakfast and large parking area in the surrounding area. The hotel staff is very correct and professional.
