The hot water kept getting stuck, the shower screen didn't close properly, the faucet mechanism didn't work properly, and they don't give you a towel for the bathroom floor, plus the whole landing smelled like sewage. Bad experience with this hotel.

The bathroom sink is broken, the bed sheets and pillowcases are dusty, the sound insulation is poor, and I can hear the neighbors washing up in the morning very clearly

The hotel is well located, the service was very good and so was the cleanliness.
Several people went and I made the reservation through this platform. The others were given a room on the first floor, and I was given a room in the basement, cold and poorly heated. And if that were not enough with an impressive smell of tobacco.
