Tuvimos una experiencia muy frustrante en este hotel debido al calor insoportable en la habitación. Éramos cuatro personas y, a pesar de pedir ayuda varias veces, el hotel no nos proporcionó ni un solo ventilador. El aire acondicionado central estaba apagado y no se nos informó de antemano.
Pedimos una solución alternativa – como cambiar de habitación o algún tipo de asistencia – pero el personal no mostró disposición para resolver la situación. Como resultado, pasamos toda la noche sudando, sin poder dormir, en condiciones que simplemente no son aceptables en un hotel.
La falta de empatía y de respuesta adecuada por parte del hotel arruinó nuestra estancia. No recomendaríamos este lugar a otros viajeros. El confort básico debería ser una prioridad, pero aquí claramente no lo fue.
