Arrivato alle 11.00 di sera, ho chiamato per informare del ritardo e nessuno ha risposto (parliamo delle 11.00 di sera non delle 02.00 del mattino), dopodichè ho telefonato varie volte ma nessuna risposta solamente un disco vocale in tedesco.... nemmeno in grado di mettere una registrazione vocale in inglese. Il giorno dopo chiamo per fare le mie rimostranze sul fatto che ho dovuto cercarmi un altro Hotel dove dormire e invece di scusarmi mi hanno anche detto che mi avrebbero fatto pagare la camera per la notte che per causa loro non ho potuto trascorrere.... Pazzesco mai vista una cosa simile nella mia vita... non so come si faccia a dare a certe persone la possibilità di gestire delle strutture alberghiere... Da bannare da tutti i siti raccomandati compreso Booking perchè lavorano solemante per rubare i soldi alle persone

Bin in meinem Leben beruflich und privat sehr viel gereist . Weltweit. War mit meiner Frau für vier Tage Gast im Hotel zur Post. In dem Hotel waren wir Gast auf einer Hochzeit. Leider haben wir aus praktischen Gründen auch dort übernachtet. Unfreundlicher und arroganter ist man mir nirgendwo begegnet. Der Gipfel aber war , das man Montags morgen keinen Frühstücksservice hatte, den aber dennoch berechnet hat. Mit der Aussage : "Das ist Regel in unserem Haus " Kann das Hotel nicht empfehlen.

Nachdem wir an der Rezeption das Glöckchen betätigt hatten wurden wir mit sämtlichen Infos versorgt und zügig aufs Zimmer geleitet. Unser Zimmer war funktionell eingerichtet und hatte ein kleines Bad mit einer schlecht ablaufenden Dusche. Positiv überrascht waren wir von dem Wellness Bereich, mit Sauna, Bio Sauna, WhirlPool im Freien und Ruhebereich. Sehr sauber! Gutes Frühstück! JA, wir kommen gern wieder.

Wir waren schon oft im Hotel Krone, waren bisher auch immer rundum zufrieden. Dieses Mal jedoch hat die Freundlichkeit von mehreren Personen deutlich zu wünschen übrig gelassen. Auch wurden wir ultimativ aufgefordert endlich um 11:05 zum Check out zu kommen. Kurz vorher war noch Stau an der Rezeption und wir sind halt nochmals kurz aufs Zimmer gegangen Am freundlichsten waren noch die Zimmermädchen, die waren sehr zuvorkommend im Bad im Neubau besteht auch dringender Renovierungsbedarf. In unserem Zimmer 305 lief der Abfluss nicht richtig ab. Die Dusche war undicht und auch die Silikonfuge hat eine Erneuerung nötig. Als wir an der Rezeption darauf hingewiesen haben wurden wir nur unfreundlich angeschaut.

Tolles Hotel mit super Restaurant! Ich war hier auf einer Geschäftsreise untergebracht. Nach einem kostenlosen Upgrade in den Neubau des Hotels, fand ich ein sehr geräumiges, modernes Zimmer vor. Der Neubau ist erst wenige Jahre alt und bietet allen nötigen Luxus für Reisen uu zweit oder alleine! Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und dort ist für jeden etwas dabei! Das Hotel ist ruhig gelegen und bietet zudem auch ein Restaurant, in dem man ausgezeichnet und preislich attraktiv essen gehen kann.

Wir waren zum wiederholten Mal im Hotel Krone Gescher. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter in allen Bereichen Schöner Wellnessbereich Sehr saubere Zimmer Wenn viel beim Frühstück los ist dauert das auffüllen etwas länger aber das ist auch der einzige kleine Kritikpunkt Fahrräder können in verschlossenen Räumen aufbewahrt werden Wir kommen bald wieder
