Ein rundum hervorragender Aufenthalt im Gersfelder Hof! Wir hatten das Vergnügen, für zwei Tage ein Seminar im Gersfelder Hof zu verbringen – und es war schlichtweg die beste Hotelerfahrung, die ich in der Region gemacht habe. Was den Aufenthalt besonders ausgezeichnet hat, war die durchweg herzliche Freundlichkeit aller Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter. Egal zu welcher Zeit, egal in welcher Situation – das Team war aufmerksam, zuvorkommend und immer darauf bedacht, unsere Wünsche zu erfüllen. Und das, obwohl das Hotel gut besucht war! Auch das gastronomische Angebot hat uns voll überzeugt. Es war schön zu sehen, dass sich hier nicht nur Seminargruppen, sondern auch viele Urlaubsgäste wohlfühlen. Ein Zeichen für die hohe Qualität und den exzellenten Service des Hauses. Ein besonderes Dankeschön geht an den Chef des Hauses: Der Kugelschreiber mit meinem eingravierten Namen ist nun mein ständiger Begleiter – eine wirklich wertschätzende Geste! Fazit: Jederzeit wieder! Dank der hervorragenden Anbindung perfekt für Seminare aus ganz Deutschland geeignet. Und als i-Tüpfelchen hat sich die Rhön in der Nacht von ihrer schönsten Seite gezeigt – der Schnee hat alles in ein zauberhaftes Wintermärchen verwandelt.

Wir waren vom 14. bis 16.02. zu einem Kurztrip im Gersfelder Hof. Der Name an sich versprach schon ein gutes Ambiente. Und das war auch so. Die Zimmer waren sauber und geräumig, der Innenpool und die beiden Saunen völlig okay für einen Kurztrip. Das Beste war aber das Personal. Egal ob an der Rezeption oder beim Frühstück, überall erhielten wir ein hohes Maß an Freundlichkeit. Der Knaller aber war der Restaurantleiter, Herr Minea: Die Freundlichkeit und Höflichkeit in Person! Man hat gemerkt, dass ihm seine Arbeit und der Umgang mit den Gästen sehr viel Freude macht. Ein toller Mensch!

Ich bin gerade zum 6. Mal im Gersfelder Hof und war immer sehr zufrieden. Angenehme Zimmer und Service, Restauration sehr gefällig, mit sehr angenehmem Service und tollem Essen. Das Zimmer war völlig in Ordnung. Die Sauna und der Pool sind allerdings etwas in die Jahre gekommen. (Farbe platzt von Wänden ab, Ausenbereich etwas ungepflegt) deshalb ein Stern Abzug.
