Location fabulous - close to cafes and restaurants, coastal walks and stunning views. Room was clean and cosy and staff/owners were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

I stayed at Park Ridge Retreat in Gerringong for three nights in July and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is well-maintained, and the staff were exceptionally helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. Everything this was smooth and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Nice views and a good location but let down by a few key things. The positives: 1. The bed was very comfortable and the views out to the rolling hills and a glimpse of the ocean was nice. (Tip: If you want views get the king spa room, as I don't think other rooms have good views) 2. The hosts were friendly. 3. We loved the spa and it was quite relaxing after a long day of exploring the area. 4. Location was central, with cafes and restaurants nearby. Now the downsides: 1. The shower head was not ideal as it kept propping down and the water pressure wasn't the best - may need fixing/replacement. 2. The carpark has a nasty entry and it's not suitable for sedans or hatchbacks (only SUVs). The slope of the carpark entry is quiet steep and it scrapes the underneath of the car everytime you want to drive in or out (I tried everything - and it still scrapes it). 3. The EV charger - there is a $25 fee to use this and it's a slow charger. This was written nowhere when we booked. I have been to many hotels and motels and this is usually free. Quite steep of a price for using a slow charger. We ended up using a supercharger in Berry which cost us about the same price and charged super quick. Overall, it was a comfortable stay but I would try elsewhere next time.

With a mid week special we were greeted with wine and chocolate! Great spot between Kiama and Seven Mile Beach. Great service and a lovely, clean, hotel with free parking. Lovely cafe next door for breakfast or lunch.

The service is incredible. The staff are so helpful and full of knowledge. Great location and very quiet. Would highly recommend staying for a relaxing get away.
