This hotel is in a brilliant location for the beach and walking locally. It is nicely decorated, comfortable rooms and beds, nice communal lounge and tasty freshly cooked breakfast.

Five star hotel and it was exactly that. We were upgraded to a sea view room with large balcony. The staff were friendly and helpful and the chef went above and beyond cooking a cream sauce without fennel in it. February was a lovely time to visit as it was such good value and the camelias were gorgeous in the garden.

Superb quiet location with great sea views. Ideally situated for coastal path walking. The hotel was warm throughout and especially the indoor swimming pool. Our good sized bedroom suite had broad garden and sea views. Staff were friendly and helpful

Delightful small hotel on the gentle south coast of Cornwall. Lovely rooms. Excellent food. Great walks and beaches. Even open in February. Take the train to Truro and it’s only 30 mins. We stayed in chapel room which had sea view and own kitchen.

Lovely hotel in prime location with sea views. Spacious rooms with good facilities. Indoor pool booking system provides guests with exclusive use of the pool for 45 minutes. Beach a short walk from hotel (5 minutes). Staff are pleasant and helpful. Enjoyable two day break - would certainly return.

This hotel was absolutely at the best possible location with. Sea view from your back balcony. I loved the experience so much that I would like to visit again in the near future. Staff were very helpful although sometimes helping others as there was only one staff member manning the reception. Overall a fantastic experience. Price of stay.was so reasonable and what breathtaking view.
