Das Hotel sieht von außen weniger gut aus als von innen. See Wellnessbereich ist sehr angenehm, Sauna mit Sicht auf den Eifelsteig. Zimmer je nach Lage auch, Einrichtung ok, aber unser Eifel Comfort Zimmer war mit 289 Euro inklusive 6Gang Menu und Kuchen viel zu teuer. Das liegt vor allem daran, dass der Gratis Kuchen (es gab 2 zur Auswahl) nun wirklich kein Genuss und vor allem das 6 Gang Menü ein Fake war. Allein die Rindsroulade war schmackhaft, der Rest hatte Kantinen Qualität. Dazu überteuerte Getraenke und mittelmäßiger Service.

Wir waren für zwei Nächte mit HP Arrangement in dem Seehotel. Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Die Angestellten waren alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Abendessen und Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr reichhaltig und schmeckte sehr gut. Auch das Schwimmbad haben wir gut ausgenutzt, sehr sauber und man kann gut schwimmen. Die Umgebung lädt zum wandern ein, wegen der Hitze haben wir es nur zum Stausee geschafft, was aber auch sehr reizvoll war.

We have been there with our son, the location is amazing, the hotel is old & I don’t believe it’s 4 starts. I took the suite and pay a lot for two nights but overpriced, if you put a bath in the middle of the room it’s not mean that it’s suite. We are traveling a lot all over Germany and we never had such a disappointment. The restaurant is sorry to say not good, and so expensive wow. But the women that work in the restaurant super super nice. The service in the reception is ok but should be more warm. The pool is very old. It’s like stuck in time but big. Good point: The wellness part is amazing, new and with the best view of the hotel. I know how hard is it to have a business but your price is not fair and what you see it’s not what you get.

Ganz komische erfahrung, Uns gefiel das angebot. 1000,00 euro fur einige tagen mit wellness und abendessen inclusive, ganz ok fur 2 personen. Nach der reservierung hatten wir noch einige fragen die wir übersehen hatten und ein email geschickt, keine antwort, Ins gesammt 3 x mail geschickt ohne antwort zu bekommen. Dan angerufen, keiner da. Nochmal angerufen und dan fing es an. Ein aggressiver man am apparat der fragte warum wir an einem sonntag anrufen, das war ein feiertag. Höflich gesagt das ich meinte das ich mit ein hotel verbunden war and nach der buchung noch einige fragen hatte. De herr meinte darauf das wir an einem sonntag auch heine elektriker oder so ähnlich anrufen könnten . ausserdem ware das hotel im urlaub. Ich hab ihm ganz normal gefragt warum das dan nicht nicht auf der website stand dan wäre das deutlich gewesen. Darauf sagte er das er nur 2 x in der woche mails beantwortete. Dan habe ich das gespräch beendet und gesagt das die reservierung storniert war. Wir wurden irgenwo anders hingehen wo man etwas freundlichjer mit fragen von gästen umgeht. Leider.....

The Hotel have all the conditions to be at least a fair Hotel but is not. The resturant is not bad, the breakfast ies average minus. What makes the difference to the worst is the customer care: the customer service is very arrogant. Will never return to this Hotel

Heerlijk rustige plek aan de rand van Gerolstein. (van het bronwater!) Wandelen kan direct vanaf het hotel. Verwen-half pension heeft iedere dag een uitgebreid ontbijt van goede kwaliteit. In de avond een 4 of 5 gangen-diner. Niet spectaculair maar prima Duitse-stijl maaltijden, met ook vegetarische optie. Het wellness gedeelte is open vanaf 15:00 tot 21:30. Hier zijn 2 sauna’s, meerdere speciale douches, fijne ligbedden en een gezellige haard. Ook staat er thee en liggen er appels klaar. Het zwembad in een ander deel is doorlopend open vanaf 7:00 tot 21:30 en daar is zwemkleding verplicht. Hier is ook nog een dampfbad en zonnebank bij. Zowel vanuit de wellness als het zwembad fijn uitzicht over de omgeving. Tegen betaling zijn massage en allerlei schoonheidsbehandelingen te reserveren. Hotel lobby is met stubchen in traditionele (verouderde) stijl evenals een aantal van de kamers. Restaurant en sommige kamers zijn sfeervol gerenoveerd in moderne stijl. Prima plek om tot rust te komen en heerlijk te genieten. Het hotel is keurig en zeer schoon.

Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig oberhalb des Ortes an einem kleinen Stausee. Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden, auf Wunsch stehen abgeschlossene Garagen zur Verfügung. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer sind frisch renoviert und ausreichend groß. Das Restaurant bietet sehr leckere saisonale und regionale Gerichte. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist perfekt.

Hotel totalement renové avec personnel agréable : nous avions une chambre "Komfort" avec un petit salon, une machine Nespresso, des lumières indirectes avec changement de couleur si l'on voulait, une literie impeccable et confortable, un blacon donnant sur l'Eifel. L'hôtel se situe sur les hauteurs de Gerolstein, au calme et au départ de randonnées. L'espace sauna, piscine et repos est très luxueux avec un bar (gratuit) à thé et fruits. Les repas sont raffinés et le buffet au petit déjeuner ainsi que le buffet crudités le soir peuvent satisfaire les plus difficle. Nos avons passé 4 jours pour mon anniversaire dans cet endroit idyllique. A recommander Anne et Jean-Yves Mercier
