David, the owner picked us up at the airport (extra charge, fair price) at 7 in the morning. Everything worked out well. We stayed at the beautiful loft, which is perfect for families and offers plenty of room. We took part in a creolic dinner, which was wonderful. As well David took us on a tour to Soweto and Constitution Hill (Extra charge, fair price). We highly recomend Ikamu's Lodge and would definetly stay there again.

This property is incredible. Perfect in every sense. David our host and his daughter were so friendly, it was like staying with family. He picked us up from the airport and delivered us back the following day. He even took us out to a local pub to watch the rugby! Our room was so idyllic and was like staying in the middle of the bush. Thank you so much for the perfect start to our holiday.

Stayed at Ikamus for almost 3 weeks - every day felt as if I lived in the bush, a small village. It is calm, wonderful garden, small pool and recreational area with billiard and barbecue area. Ikamus provided breakfast and dinner, washed my cloth - I felt like a second home. Nicely located - not far to a gym, shopping malls, and a short ride to main sites in Johannesburg.

the staff at Ikamu's lodge were amazing, efficient, friendly and very helpful. arranging Ubers and even returning promptly items that were left behind in a draw. so very greatful.

Our two nights at this lovely lodge was really wonderful. The property is beautiful and gives the feeling of being at a private retreat in a far-off magical place. From the food to the comfort of the rooms, everything was simply perfect. The staff are friendly and attentive and really make you feel as if you can make this delightful place your second home.

Great spot to wind down and chill in nice atmosphere and beautifully maintained property + gardens. Very friendly staff and owner, delicious breakfast and top notch room service. 2 minutes by car from shopping mall in a safe neighborhood. My only suggestion is to install bug nets on windows and doors, mosquitoes were eating me alive at night!

Great place to stay at Joburg ! Géraldine and David are very kind and really helpful ! House is big and clean, bedroom are huge There is a place to do some gym and the outdoor are nice They proposed some tours and activities I totally recommand this place
