The staff has been great and seem eager to please. The pillows are nice, but the beds are a little soft for me. The water is warm, but would be nice if it would get hotter. The area is nice and I like that there is security patrolling the parking lot every night.

So so stay The person checking us in and out were very friendly. The room wasn’t very clean. A rubber band on the floor, shower floor didn’t seem very clean, the toilet looked it maybe had been wiped off but not cleaned. Only 1 towel in the bathroom, some lights didn’t have bulbs. Had to ask for bedding for the pull out couch. The breakfast was good.

We stayed here for a soccer tournament. We have stayed at this location several times. This stay was not up to par compared to previous stays. The front desk attendants were face deep in their phones every time we came through, I greeted them. Breakfast we not attended properly, especially for a hotel with soccer players. We had to get food out which defeats the purpose of staying in a hotel with food. They were out of multiple items and the attendant had to be chased down by the front desk attendant who was frustrated we reported there were no cups while she was on her phone. Feeding these players is the #1 thing on these tournaments so as a team manager, I will likely seek another hotel next time.

We really enjoyed having a living room area in addition to the bedroom. The property was well maintained and made us feel right at home. There are a lot of feral cats prowling the edges of the parking lot but they minded their own.

Ok but not great The stay was fine and the staff was friendly. The breakfast left a bit to be desired and the in room microwave was broken. We'll stay at the connected Hilton next time.
