Zeer slecht behandeld door de manager als je om een extra handdoek vraagt wordt er inrekening gebracht en zeer kind onvriendelijk hotel ook kwamen wij erachter dat onze iPad weg was uit de kluis waardoor de manager op had gereageerd dat wij dit soort zaken dan ook maar thuis moeten laten groet van familie Gerard Joling

Prachtig hotel met mooie kamers.Personeel ontzettend aardig, van de receptie tot aan de bediening. Vooral Csaba wat een bescheiden en aardige man, niets is teveel. De vrouw die de kamers schoonmaakte zorgde elke dag weer voor een verrassing. Leuke dieren gevouwen van handdoeken en altijd een praatje zodat je je echt welkom voelt. Ontbijt zeer uitgebreid en genoeg keuze bij het diner. Heerlijk zwembad. Vanaf binnen kun je naar buiten zwemmen in lekker warm water. Heel fijn na een dag skiën. Of je kunt de sauna in. Kortom ons verblijf was alles wat je maar kunt wensen.

Wir hatten ein schönes großes Apartment, was sehr gut ausgestattet war. Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt-direkte Anbindung an die Dorfbahn, Abfahrt bis vor die Tür des Skidepots und der Sparladen ist direkt gegenüber. Auch das Wellness-Angebot war reichlich. Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Küche ist sehr abwechslungsreich. Bei den Zimmern stimmt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Ein grosser und gepflegter Wellness-Bereich mit zwei Pools und verschiedenen Saunen lädt zur Erholung ein.

After more than 30 years of experience as a guest at Gaspingerhof, I can only give them the highest rating for service, food, rooms, spa and more. During the winter season as well as during the summer season An exceptionally good hotel which I strongly recommend.

Een fantastisch hotel, goed en aardig personeel en elke avond weer geweldig lekker gegeten. Het enige wat ze moeten doen is de zanger die in het hotel optreed lekker naar huis sturen want daar word je niet vrolijk van. Het hotel ligt midden in het centrum van Gerlos.
