Einfach, ... das beste Hotel im Zillertal. Für alles: Sehr professionelles und freundliches Personal, kein Wunsch ist zu viel. Alles, was das Frühstücksherz begehrt, auch Sonderwünsche. Außergewöhnlich leckeres und sättigendes Abendessen ohne zu große Portionen. Köstliche Hausweine zu einem vernünftigen Preis und eine umfangreiche Weinkarte. Große Zimmer und Badezimmer. Innen- und Außenpool. Mehrere Saunen. Große Bar, mehrere Terrassen. Zentrale Lage, direkt im Stadtzentrum, in der Nähe von Liften und Geschäften.

Van gisteren thuis van dit hotel, samen met een grote groep , het hotel was super, zeer vriendelijk personeel en zeer lekker eten, voor ieders wat. Zeer mooie en ruime kamers. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

Onvriendelijk personeel dat chagrijnig en bot gedrag vertoonde , het was niet alleen tegen ons maar ook tegen de rest van de gasten (behalve het bar personeel wat wel vriendelijk was) oude kamers , prijs kwaliteit verhouding slecht. We zijn hier meer geweest en het is echt heel erg achteruit gegaan qua service en eten en gastvrijheid wij, en ook veel andere klanten welke we spraken komen hier niet meer terug

Tout était parfait! Le personnel compétent et sympathique, toujours aux petits soins pour chacun. Le petit déjeuner est varié , copieux avec des produits très frais. Il y a un lunch à 14H30 avec soupe, salades , gateaux ( un délice) Le dîner est vraiment bon . La situation est exceptionnelle pour le départ du téléphérique . La piscine est agréable , il y a même un hamamm en plus des différents saunas. Nous nous réjouissons d'y revenir à la saison prochaine !!

Fantastisch hotel met lief personeel. Toen onze dochter ziek was, werd er een aangepaste maaltijd gemaakt en waren ze zelfs bereid het zelf naar haar kamer te brengen. Goede gevarieerde keuzes voor het diner. Ook elke dag er verrassing hoe de schoonmakers het bed hadden opgemaakt.

Wat is dit hotel slecht geworden komt voor al door de manager van het hotel word zeer asociaal behandelt het ontbyd is ook zeer slecht om nog maar over het avond eten te zwygen ze hebbe allemaal kind vriendelijke dinge maar ze zyn zeer kind onvriendelijk Erg jammer want hotel ligging en bar personeel zyn een 10

Zeer slecht behandeld door de manager als je om een extra handdoek vraagt wordt er inrekening gebracht en zeer kind onvriendelijk hotel ook kwamen wij erachter dat onze iPad weg was uit de kluis waardoor de manager op had gereageerd dat wij dit soort zaken dan ook maar thuis moeten laten groet van familie Gerard Joling

Prachtig hotel met mooie kamers.Personeel ontzettend aardig, van de receptie tot aan de bediening. Vooral Csaba wat een bescheiden en aardige man, niets is teveel. De vrouw die de kamers schoonmaakte zorgde elke dag weer voor een verrassing. Leuke dieren gevouwen van handdoeken en altijd een praatje zodat je je echt welkom voelt. Ontbijt zeer uitgebreid en genoeg keuze bij het diner. Heerlijk zwembad. Vanaf binnen kun je naar buiten zwemmen in lekker warm water. Heel fijn na een dag skiën. Of je kunt de sauna in. Kortom ons verblijf was alles wat je maar kunt wensen.
