Sehr freundliches Team, welches flexibel und sehr professionell einen tollen Job macht. Die Zimmer haben eine gediegene Einrichtung, eigenen Balkon und gute Betten. Von den anderen Zimmern hört man nur wenig. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist wunderbar vielseitig und lecker. Die Räumlichkeiten sind hell, geräumig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Nach einem aktiven Tag kann man sich in den drei Saunas oder in dem Schwimmbad prima entspannen. Die Spaanlage ist sehr schön gestaltet. Gegenüber des Hotels befindet sich die Skibushaltestelle. Zur Dorfbahn oder ins Zentrum von Gerlos kann man auch zu Fuß in ca. 5 - 10 Minuten gehen.

Toplocatie voor de wintersporter, op 5 minuten loopafstand van de Dorfbahn-lift, waar het hotel eigen lockers heeft voor je skispullen, wat erg praktisch en fijn is. De kamers zijn ruim en schoon, met prima bedden. Het ontbijt is goed verzorgd. Eigenaren en personeel zijn heel vriendelijk en attent en proberen je verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. Fijn ook is de uitgebreide spa/wellness. En niet te vergeten La Tombola, hun eigen Pizzeria-restaurant op loopafstand, waar het heerlijk en gezellig tafelen is na een dagje skiën. Het is allemaal super verzorgd. Kortom: zeker een aanrader!

Wat een geweldig hotel met zeer vriendelijke eigenaren en zeer goed ontbijt. Toplocatie dichtbij de Dorfbahn. De wellness is heerlijk. De bedden zeer goed. Van de ochtend tot de avond voel je je op en top gast.

Wir waren vom 4.09. -8.09.22 im Hotel Kristall. Für uns war es ein schöner Urlaub. Freundliche Begrüßung, Zimmer mit Balkon, sehr gutes Essen und freundliche Bedienung. Die Lage ist auch gut und wir können dieses Hotel weiter empfehlen.

Familiaal geleid hotel met een ziel dicht bij het centrum van Gerlos. Kleinschalig wat het charmant maakt! De ruime wellness zorgde voor ideale ontspanningsmomenten na de ski-inspanning, met daarna lekker en verzorgd diner. In de ochtend wachtte telkenmale een heel uitgebreid en verzorgd ontbijt. Komen hier zeker terug!
