The outside of the hotel is run down and dirty. The rooms stink and are filthy. The sheets went even changed from the last guests. There was black mold on the box springs. The staff is very rude. She lied about giving me a refund. She stole $80 dollars from me! The online reviews are fake. Dont stay here!!!

Got a great deal for 3 people traveling, with 2 beds plus a pull-out couch in our room. Staff were friendly and helpful, and toiletries were well-stocked. Room was clean. Wifi worked without a hitch. A/C unit was not too loud and kept the room cool. A hidden gem on our road trip for a great value.

The property owner is new so first off cut her some slack. She was probably the best hostess I've had outside of a bed and breakfast. Property is clean but is being worked on, so I understand there isnt a five star suite available but for the prices you will be pleasantly surprised by the room. Gering is walkable from there but take your car to Scottsbluff just beware the bridge crossing into scottsbluff was only one way and I ended up on a pleasant country detour to get back to Gering. Overall the room was good but the hostess was great.

Nice and clean
Renee was quick to greet us on arrival. While the property shows its age, we were very comfortable. The room was clean, fridge and microwave worked well. Bathroom was clean with ample towels.

It's the poorest condition motel I've ever stayed
The people are nice, the rooms and the condition of the hotel is the worst i"ve ever stayed at. Think 1950's with no updates. Stuff works, but it's old dingy or brokent !

Rats in door chewing lock. Mouse droppings in shower. Booked 4 nights, stayed 1 and checked out. The low rate should have been my warning. Lesson learned.

Not a place to stay if your needing a late check i
Well we never got to stay. I made a reservation Saturday evening and then we tried checking in and no one ever came to the lobby to help us so we had to go to another hotel. So now to fight for a refund.

Gave my room away
I made a reservation on Sunday. When I arrived to check in Thursday evening, the desk clerk said there were no rooms and she was trying to find a comparable room somewhere else. I said not to bother and left.
