Gerede Hotels with Gym

Never go when they are quite full and during the transition period like now, from winter to spring, i.e from hot to cold. The room 410 was assigned and it was pretty bad. Asked for fan, with 30 minutes, then told us fan spoilt after we checked again. They then agree to change room after much discussion with our tour guide. Room 410- only heater, hot air from vent was available with Aircon cool air not available. Asked to open windows but this room faces the main road with moderate traffic. Further more, the facade outside our room, had lights and attracted many insects. Both rooms- the bed was super soft and the pillows were medium firm. So u will sink in with your neck tilted forward. I woke up with a headache and after an hour, became a splitting migraine and vomited. Service- the housekeeping lady whom served as our point of contact with reception, was friendly and warm throughout. Can tell she tried her best, in interacting with us.

There is a team working entirely for your happiness, from hotel entrance to exit. We went to the hotel as a group of 25 people and everyone left happily. The biggest architect of this, Mr. Hotel Manager Tahir, does whatever is necessary to ensure that you have a good holiday throughout the hotel. You never hear the answer no. A nail got into the tire of one of our vehicles, a tire repairman was immediately called and the vehicle was repaired and brought back. We want a fire outside, not 1 but 2 fires are lit. We want music and a large amplifier is brought. If you want to rest and have a little change of mind, I definitely recommend you to go. In fact, I read the comments before I went, most of them wrote similar things, I thought that would be it, they even wrote a little about Mr. Tahir. Everyone, from the cook to the waiter, is friendly. Thank you, Esentepe hotel. We also received half board service from the hotel, which is a full price performance hotel.
