Hôtel sympa avec un confort satisfaisant. Le personnel est très avenant. La piscine intérieure est très appréciable après une bonne balade. Le petit déjeuner est correct, de la charcuterie au poulet ou dinde serait un plus. Le prix du Sauna un peu cher mais c'est globalement une bonne expérience.

Excellente semaine aux Reflets du lac, Du 6 au 12 août, chambre 15. Tout a été parfait ! La propreté est absolue, dans cet hôtel on nettoie, on nettoie, on nettoie du matin au soir ! Que ce soit le salon, la salle du petit déjeuner, les chambres, la piscine… Le petit-déjeuner est copieux et très varié. Quant à l’accueil et l’accompagnement autour de Louise et son équipe (Léonie et .. ) souriant, chaleureux, bienveillant… Et pour finir, la vue sur le lac imprenable et superbe. Merci pour tout ! L’accueil était très chaleureux, un beau petit hôtel, dommage que la propreté des draps laisse à désirer… malheureusement la piscine n’était pas chauffée.

L'entretien d'accueil était limite la dame était pas dans le relationnel (pas souriante ,pas acceuillante). Les locaux sont propres rien à redire . Néanmoins le sauna et jacuzzi ne sont compris dans le tarif de la chambre ,par ailleurs pas de possibilité de s'hydrater dans l'hôtel pas de fontaine ,pas de vente d'eau bien dommage ,piscine qui ouvre qu'à 14h le matin activités limitées . Ce fut notre deuxième séjour dans cet établissement. Et toujours rien à redire… La chambre au top avec balcon et toujours cette vue superbe sur le lac. La propreté de l’hôtel est irréprochable. Notre chambre était grande, bien aménagée et bien décorée. Petit déjeuner au top : viennoiseries, fromage, charcuterie, pain, crêpes etc… Louise et son papa sont à l’écoute en permanence de leurs clients. La piscine est un gros plus de l’hôtel surtout après avoir visité la région. Un grand merci à tous et à toutes pour ce superbe séjour. C’est sûr que y reviendrons toujours avec grand plaisir.

Charment petit hôtel au bord du lac de Gérardmer. Très belle chambre avec vue sur le lac. Nous avons profité d'un magnifique soleil sur notre terrasse. Chambre très propre et bien équipée. Petite déjeuner continental très bon. Petite piscine très sympa, avec nage à contre courant. Je recommande cet hôtel. Réservez votre chambre directement sur leur site, pour de meilleures prix
