Wir haben ein Komfort Doppelzimmer gebucht - 32 qm in freundlichen Farben, mit bequemem Kingsize-Bett, Direktwahltelefon, DU/WC, LED-Digital-TV, Minibar, Kitchenette (Nutzung und Geschirr gegen Aufpreis) inkl. Kühlschrank, kostenfreies WLAN -so stand in der Beschreibung, was wir aber bekommen haben, war ein Zimmer mit sehr viel Staub, das Bett war so nah am Fensterwand, das man nur mit Mühe und Vorsicht vorbeilaufen konnte, es war keine Minibar, keine Kitchenette, kein Kühlschrank und auch kein Kingsize-Bett. Das Einzige, was ok war, war das große Bad jedoch, aber ohne, Kosmetikartikel, welche zum Duschen gebrauchen werden und im Hotels als kostenlose Standardausstattung angeboten sind! Man könnte die Kopfkissen auch schon austauschen! Nicht sehr freundliches Personal an der Rezeption. Für fast 100 Euro pro Nacht (ohne Frühstück) hätte ich schon, etwas Besseres erwartet!

Habe ein Angebot für eine Familienfeier angefragt und dieses nie erhalten. Nach Wochen per E-Mail Kontakt aufgenommen ohne irgendeine Rückmeldung, dann telefonisch nachgehakt und als Entschuldigung zu hören bekommen, daß gerade der Jahresabschluß anstand und es sich deshalb verzögert. Das Angebot käme noch. Aber auch danach Null Reaktion. Die Feier ist nun längst durch und bis heute habe ich kein Angebot erhalten... Werde ich nicht weiterempfehlen

Positiv überrascht! Gutes 3 Sterne Haus, mit kleinen Abstrichen. In vielen Bereichen geht die Tendenz Richtung vier Sterne. So ist ein Aufzug vorhanden, der das vier geschossige Gebäude gut erschließt. Auch ist das Frühstücksangebot über dem 3 Sterne Niveau: Rühr- und Spiegelei auf Wunsch, 7 verschiedene Brot und Semmelvarianten, Semmeln sehr frisch. Käseplatte mit 4 Sorten, Wurstplatte umfangreich, - Thüringer Qualität. roher und gekochter Schinken, daneben offene Marmeladen , selbstgemachter Früchtequark und Fruchtsalat, nebst Cerialien. Toll, dass zwei verschiedene aktuelle Tageszeitungen im Frühstücksraum aufliegen. Mittags und abends werden lokale und internationale Spezialitäten angeboten. Der Lachs, sowie der Burger waren frisch zubereitet. Zimmer waren sauber und die Bettwäsche sehr sauber und fleckenfrei. Gut in Schuss und bestens ausgestattet war die Nasszelle, mit zwei Seifenspendern und zwei Handtüchern. Das Fernsehsenderangebot über Kabel, war leider sehr dürftig und das w-lan war über weite Strecken ohne Internet Verbindung.

Ich war schon in so manchem Landhotel aber 1,5h auf mein Abendessen habe ich noch nie gewartet. Zimmer sauber, die Federkern Matratze hat Ihrem Namen alle Ehre gemacht bin dann aufs Sofa ausgewichen, im Fernsehen konnte i h mir 3 Sender anschauen die nicht mit einer Störung überlagert waren und die Krönung war am nächsten Morgen einfach mal die Rezeption nicht besetzt. Den Zweiten Punkt hab’s für das Abendessen das dann echt lecker war.

We was staying more than 1 month for work we made it clear we will stay long term then basically told we over stayed our welcome and they over booked us and we had to move out the same day they told us! We couldn’t find any other accommodation hotels in the area fully booked everywhere we had to result sleeping in the van! Very unprofessional food is terrible all microwaved, beer is warm and flat. Also you won’t have your bedding changed for weeks! I had to change the bedding my self one night!
