The hotel was nice enough, but the experience was absolutely horrible. I arrived around 11pm on 5/5/25. I unpacked my luggage and climbed into bed. Their USB port that I used broke the connector on my three-device charger cord. This ruined my chances of charging all my devices for my week-long stay. But the worst experience was at 1:00am, the power in my room started to toggle on-and-off. This prevented me from using my CPAP device, charging my devices or tracking the time. At 1:30am on 5/6/25, I went downstairs to complain to the front desk. The attendant said I could switch rooms, requiring me to pack everything up and move to a different floor in the middle of the night! He offered to assist with that task, but I was in no mood to manage a stranger with my belongings in the middle of the night when I'm already VERY angry! That attendant was very apologetic and gave me a single charger cord to charge one device at a time. This was helpful but didn't solve the problem. At the end of my stay on 5/9/25, I complained at checkout. The attendant said he heard about my incident which was caused by an electrical problem repaired later in the week of my stay. He said they were sorry, but there was no attempt at "softening the blow" or impact on my week by rewarding me with points, a discount, or replacing of my custom charger cable. This would have incentivized me to return, but there was no attempt. For those of you considering a stay at this location, be aware of my experience. The place looks nice, but when things go wrong, they don't seem to have your back. If you decide to stay in this location, I wish you the best and hope things go smoothly. I know that considering the lack of sympathy or empathy for my situation, I will not stay at this location again. Thank you for your time. Terrible experience!!!

Very clean and comfy Hotel that appears to be recently built but is 6 years old. Front Desk person (Terri) was very friendly and efficient. Room was comfy and had everything necessary for an extended stay but my stay was only one night. Nice gym with individual TVs on treadmill and nice selection of free weights. Pool was nice size and not cold with plenty of towels. Breakfast Bar......wow. Best I have ever seen at a hotel. Breaded chicken tenders, fresh cheese slices, potatoes, waffles, eggs, sausage, fresh fruits, muffins, biscuits, cereals, selection of juices. And they never ran out of anything. Seriously if at a restaurant that would run you about $15-$20 per person. Centrally located among several restaurants and you could walk to most of them and to a couple bar and grills and a Peddlers Mall.

When we arrived about 5:00 p.m. no member of the staff at the desk. I had to go looking in the back room for someone. Eventually they came to the front and checked us in, but acted like we were interrupting them. Very rude. Also, our room had a strange odor which we could not identify. The next morning the staff said that animals are allowed in all rooms. Beware!!

The bed and room were very comfortable. The shower was great. The indoor pool was very nice and heated. I would stay here again and recommend to others as well.

Pleasant experience with staff, room looked just like the photos. Didn’t feel crowded even though it was fully booked.

Room was everything we needed and staff was way more courteous and friendly that even some managers i have met recently. Only suggestion is elongated toilets for handicapped rooms and to be sure all doors are accessible to electric wheelchairs.
