The hotel location is near 2 shopping malls, facilities are well kept and staff are friendly and approachable! My kids and I had enjoyed our stay there. Highly recommend others to stay there as well!

位置：離喬治town還要15分鐘，算當地人比較喜歡逛的合您廣場隔壁。正對的海景正在施工，一片繁忙的施工腳手架。
環境：前台和餐廳不錯，但房間有點暗，尤其是電梯至房間過道特別凍，冷得起雞皮疙瘩。
衞生：洗手間的毛巾又舊又黃不敢使用。
服務：工作人員態度還比較友善。
早餐：東西不少。吃得進的不多。
總體來説花1000多住這個算國內3.5星。性價比不高。下次還是選國際連鎖，不選這種自己評的所謂5星。

It's my first time in Penang. This hotel is located in the city center. It's very conveniently located. There are large shopping malls around. Since Penang is not very large, it's very convenient to go anywhere.

We loved G Hotel Gurney. Although it has been opened for years, it must have been recently renovated or upgraded, everything seemed new and clean. Location is good, next to both Gurney Plaza and Paragon. We even got some delicious cold welcome ice cream!
