The room was clean and the view was great. The location was great, and the cleaning staff were so friendly and helpful. I would love to stay here again.

We booked three rooms for three consecutive nights and were very satisfied with the view. The breakfast was varied and convenient, with a free CAT sightseeing bus that arrived right at the door. There were also many restaurants nearby. Unfortunately, most of the time, the hotel was closed on Wednesdays. I would definitely stay there again.

Highly recommended, a safe choice! Hotel selection in Penang is very different from that in China. Hotels are generally older, and reviews above 4.5 are rare! You also need to consider price, location, and other factors. Before our trip, my husband and I looked through many options. In the end, I told him to trust me, trust my vision and judgment. As a hotel professional with nearly two decades of experience, I trust my judgment! Upon entering the hotel, our family was amazed. For a hotel that's been around for so long, the lobby was pristine, bright and spacious. The staff were friendly, and the tea they provided was delicious. Our room was also renovated; while not very spacious, it was perfectly adequate! The gym and pool are indoors, open longer than other hotels, and offer free towels. There are three restaurants and a small shop on the lobby floor—very comprehensive. The hotel has the amenities of a long-established, established star-rated hotel. A hotel of this size requires a mature management team, which is why I chose it: well-managed, safe, and reliable! Breakfast the next day was also plentiful. We redeemed our meal vouchers at the restaurant, and the children were even free. The next day, we moved to the beachfront Shangri-La Hotel. The kids were reluctant to leave, and honestly, they still liked it. A small tip: I guess the hotel didn't pay enough attention to Ctrip.com; some of the information was wrong. The single bed size was supposed to be 1.2 meters, not 1 meter. The hotel supposedly provides disposable toiletries and towels, but the information doesn't. The only thing to be aware of is that wearing disposable slippers can be very slippery if there's water in the bathroom!
