E&O Hotel Penang exceeded our expectations! The hotel's colonial charm and luxurious amenities made our stay truly unforgettable. The staff were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met.
The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, with stunning views of the garden or city. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool, indulging in delicious cocktails at the bar, and savoring local and international cuisine at the hotel's restaurants.
The hotel's prime location in George Town made it easy to explore the city's cultural attractions, street art, and culinary delights. We highly recommend E&O Hotel Penang for its exceptional service, luxurious amenities, and unique charm.

住的是遺產翼，兩晚，設施不錯，勝利翼那邊的商店也很好買。但作為檳城最好的酒店，服務很差勁。先是下午check in的時候前台站那裡動都不動，我是背了個登山包很重，全程沒有禮賓人員幫忙把行李拿到房間，之前住的遺產酒店或者五星及以上酒店沒出現要自己拿行李的情況。其次下午入住後在房間睡覺，服務員保潔直接開門進來了説是要打掃衞生，但明明是剛入住的房間為什麼還要打掃？ 質問保潔後説是他們記錯了……遺產翼一樓餐廳服務不錯冷氣太冷服務人員會拿來披肩，勝利翼的自助早餐也不錯樣式還算豐富。總結就是沒有遺產酒店打卡情節的可以不用來，服務人員素質有待提高
