Eastern & Oriental Hotel

酒店海景超美，整個酒店建築風格獨特，充滿了故事感，還有無邊泳池，很出片！ 此次是與朋友家一同旅行，他們因為空調原因更換了房間，而我們則是因為房間濃烈的油漆味換了房。。入住時，我們被安排在了01室，剛出電梯就有淡淡的油漆味，本以為房間裝修好不久，還有殘留的味道。第三天下午回房間，油漆味濃烈的無法忍受！電話到前台反映，讓等回覆；5分鐘後沒有回電，直接沖到了前台，在我們的要求下，更換了房間。到了新房間才知道，原來正常房間是有香味的🤣 總的來説，酒店員工服務態度挺好，最後一天早上要趕7點的輪渡，酒店前台幫我們準備好了早餐盒和咖啡，還幫我們預訂了一早去輪渡碼頭的出租車。 客房服務標準有待提高，第一天缺擦手巾，換了房間後缺潤膚乳，換房前枕套還有些異味。。酒店提供一次性牙刷等用品，可沒有梳子，不知是遺漏了還是標準就這樣。。

不用挑剔的heritage hotel，房間乾淨，服務周到，設施都很好 雖然不在巿中心，但call grab沒有難度

Very good, very worth staying

The hotel does continue the style and tradition of the colonial period, and foreigners are the best. As the comments said, Chinese people can only be arranged in the last room. On the first night, we stayed in the last room. The music from the bar downstairs was very loud in the middle of the night. From 4-5 am, there was the sound of motorcycles blasting the street, which affected our sleep. The next morning, I went to the front desk at 9 o'clock to ask for a room change, and was told that if I changed the room, I could only check in at 3 pm. I went to get the room card at 3 o'clock and was arranged on the 11th floor. As soon as I got out of the elevator, the stench of the decoration made me unable to open my eyes and I couldn't breathe at all. The smell was too pungent. The room also smelled of decoration. How dare the hotel give such a smelly floor to guests? I guess they are all arranged for Chinese people. Foreigners dare not arrange to live in such a bad environment. I went downstairs to ask for a room change, and the staff said that there were only last rooms on other floors. Well, I would rather have a noisy room than ask about the lethal chemical smell. The whole hotel is shabby and old, the carpet in the room is terribly dirty, and there is no service at all. It's really a big injustice to spend money and suffer. The only highlight is the sea view, but there are many places with better sea views. If you want to take pictures, you can come here. If you want comfort, cleanliness, good service, especially with children, you might as well go to Marriott, which is much better.
