房間和環境都還行吧，重點是服務太差了，首先華人禮遇，説是有中文服務，但你説中文完全不理你，就算你聽不懂中文，也沒有説找個懂中文的人過來，顧客必須説英語才有迴應，其次就是過去問問房間準備好了麼，前台服務員就一直在忙手裡的活，沒有其他的客人的情況下頭也不抬説讓我等一下，到底在拽什麼？設施也很一般，主打無邊泳池，但晚7點就關閉了……客人不能有晚上游泳的需求？也是不理解，就這還值得入住的遺產酒店？！搞笑

I am very happy to book this hotel with a strong historical charm and Nanyang style. I stayed in the Victory Twin Room, facing the sea. It was so quiet and peaceful. My family members liked it very much. You must check in at the swimming pool on the sixth floor. You can see the sea and take pictures. You should be able to swim in Penang all year round. The breakfast on the first floor is very rich. Recommended to stay.

遺產翼的房間很滿意（在新翼睡了一晚，枕頭太軟，我和我老公都落枕，第二天脖子痛）
希望工作人員可以熱情一點。
下午茶時間一個小時有點短，兩天都沒有充足的座位，需要和別的住客拼桌，體驗感不好。
