Been fortunate enough to have travelled quite a while throughout the world, and this has been one of the friendliest staff I came across on my trips.
They went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable.

I love this hotel so much! It is artistic and tasteful. The paintings and furniture used are carefully selected. You can see that a lot of thought has been put into the interior decoration. The house has been in existence for almost two hundred years and has been carefully restored. There is also a booklet in the lobby that talks about the detailed inspection of the house. The design of the space is great, with a garden and a staircase full of flowers. The room is spacious, bright and clean, and there are two wash basins in the bathroom. The hotel's breakfast is very good, with local nasi lemak and Western breakfast; there is also free afternoon tea (the yellow cassava cake is delicious, but not every day); when you are tired, you can go back to the hotel to rest, drink tea, eat snacks and read for a while. It is very comfortable. The service staff is very polite and considerate, and they are responsive to every request; We arrived in the morning on the day of check-in, but we were allowed to check in at 11 o'clock. The two cats in the hotel are very cute. The location is convenient. There is a Michelin-listed Nyonya restaurant not far away. Unfortunately, there was a wedding banquet when I walked over, so I didn't taste it.
Occasionally, there is the sound of a car passing by, but it does not affect sleep.

Fantastic service at this small old style heritage hotel. We had a small problem with our room which disturbed our sleep and on the second day the staff immediately tried to rectify the issue, and eventually upgraded us to another property on the same day. Wonderful!
