Good location. Staff service is excellent. Shout out to Ms Goh, Natasha, Intan, Rajendran and Jafar + housekeeping staff. From a hotelier's perspective, recommended. Value for money. Service money cannot buy.

It’s very noisy, and can't sleep well. The soundproofing is terrible—there’s door banging, TikTok videos playing, and people talking loudly all night.

Great location, bus stops are just along the road out front if one is inclined to take them. Building is tucked away from the road, behind the shophouses, so you’ll get a peaceful night’s rest, although roads there aren’t that busy at night.
Rooms are clean, but look a tad tired though.

Hotel was in a convenient location close to everything. Shower room was very small and was over the toilet so if you forgot to move the toilet roll it was very wet but shower pressure was really good. There was only 1 room Card provided even though we asked for more. The beds were really hard and didn't have a good sleep. The air conditioning was strong and worked well.
