The experience is in line with the brand. The room is clean and the corresponding facilities are all there. The swimming pool is average. The breakfast is also average (it is recommended that if it is not free breakfast, you can go to any local store nearby to eat. 100 MYR is not enough. The sea view room is actually just like the picture. There is no special surprise. The air conditioner is a bit noisy. The only bright spot is that it is very close to many Michelin small shops, basically within 15 minutes walk (but it is a bit far to the center of Georgetown, it takes more than half an hour); overall it is in line with expectations.

The service attitude is very good, with smiles all the time, and there are Chinese-speaking staff to assist with check-in. If you have questions about directions/taking a bus, the staff are also very enthusiastic to help answer them.

The location is not the most convenient, but it is quieter. There is a cooked food center nearby, with authentic taste and many locals. The service staff acted quickly and helped solve the problem effectively. The swimming pool is relatively small, but there is a massage pool, which is very powerful.

The only good thing I have to say about this hotel is how helpful the concierge Mr Ganesan was. He recommended amazing places for us to visit, always stopped to chat with us and was very friendly. Everything else in this hotel was awful. Hotel was clean and new but pool was filthy.. full of leaves and twigs. Both my partner and I had eye infections from swimming. Front desk staff were all rotten with zero customer service skills. One lady told me my room extension request was confirmed on the day I checked in but the following shift insisted that they had no extension request and simply refused to do anything to help saying they were on full capacity until I escalated it to the higher management and then miraculously the room became available. Asked in room dining for cutlery 5 times before they sent it. Upon checkout, they tried to charge me for breakfast for 2 days which I did not even eat or ask for in the first place. Hotel is clean and new but front desk staff are the worst I’ve ever come across in all my years of traveling.
