The location of the hotel is very strategic for, looking for food near the hotel there is SIM NAM HWAT RESTAURANT (non-Halal) the food is delicious, a welling drug store is also next to the hotel, in front of the hotel there is LOO GUAN LAY Hospital so in my opinion this hotel is comfortable and everything is good.

We stay here because of the location is just right in front loh guan hye. There is Welling before the entrance and Sin Nam Huat right beside make this apartment veru convenient if you came for medical check up or need to go to loh guan hye or island hospital.
