Attic Hotel

The location is great! It's convenient to everything. The front desk staff was very friendly and nice. They even checked me in before check-in time, even though I had a child. The room was also very nice, and it's quite good for a hotel in this price range! Recommended!

Cleanliness: The room floor was sticky and full of ants, and it wasn't properly cleaned. Environment: Every evening after 10 PM, construction work would begin on the street outside, with drills being used to dig into the ground. There was also a bar across the street, making it incredibly noisy. Service: The front desk only worked a few hours each day. I couldn't see them even if I woke up early in the morning, and they left at 4 PM. Even in the evening, they were nowhere to be found if I needed anything, so I had to contact them by phone. On our departure day, we needed to store our luggage. We called ahead and asked to pick it up by 5 PM. We arrived at 5 PM that day, but the woman at the front desk acted so impatient, repeatedly slamming her mouse to express her dissatisfaction. Her expression was terrifyingly gloomy. When I confronted her, she blamed us for delaying our arrival until 5 PM, making her wait an hour. This is outrageous! Your service is so ridiculous, with such a chaotic handover, and you're blaming us, the customers. Another guest also arrived around 5:00, and she confirmed that it was indeed 5:00 on the phone. After checking out, we wanted to sit on the couch for a while, but she also told us to leave, saying we had to leave immediately after checking out. It's ridiculous. I've stayed in so many places, and none of them have ever kicked us out like this. You're off duty, so what's wrong with us taking a break? Are you worried we might steal your things? If they're so worried, they should have a 24-hour front desk. They only work a few hours a day, and yet they're still so grumpy. Book this hotel if you want to be treated badly.
