The family room was spacious enough for 2 adults and 2 children before 12. Many attractions are walking distance. Love that we get to refill our water at the hotel and how you can get new bottles of water anytime you want. Many good food OSS walking distance, same row and across the hotel.

The room is small, the facilities are average, the service is not enthusiastic enough, there is no Chinese service, and communication is inconvenient, but the location is very good, nearby attractions and restaurants are very close and can be reached on foot. The hotel will charge an extra 20 Malaysian ringgit tax, which will be resolved after reporting to the Ctrip platform.

Checking in was easy, located near food places with convenience stores and it’s not noisy at night!

Stayed for 2 nights, AC is too noisy and not cold. Informed the front desk but still the same. The bed is too hard, could not sleep. Got many good food nearby walking distance. Got free parking space.

The hotel location is superb, walking distance to armenian street and Kimberly street. The room and bathroom are clean. Please note that the housekeeping service is on the request-based.
