The Prestige Hotel is one of the very interesting hotels that we have stayed in. The staff explained how the design elements of the shower room came about and also the corridor walkway. I shall not disclose the information till you stayed in this hote. Overall, the location is good, and the hotel is comfy. We arrived early, but they allowed us to check in early as it's my birthday. The staff also send in-room a cake. Nice gestures and friendly staff. My son wasn't well and rested in the room. Upon hearing that, one of the female staff offered to deliver porridge to his room. Such great service. Thanks to all the staff, we had a great stay in Penang.

The price is not cheap. The view of each floor looks a bit gloomy at night. The room is not big, but it is clean. However, the air conditioning is not enough and the temperature cannot be lowered. The room has direct drinking water, which is convenient. There are free drinks. To go to the swimming pool, you need to go to the first floor to the west, which is not very convenient.
