Within the heritage zone, the hotel was comfortable and functional. Some hotels photos can be misleading, but the hotel was exactly what I expected and wanted.

The room is spacious, next to the bus station, travel is quite easy, the atmosphere is quiet, peaceful, not far from tourist attractions, the staff provides good service.

The location itself is very good. The room is okay, but as always in Penang, there are almost no amenities. They checked the room for 10 min after check out, not sure for what as it does not have anything costly.
