沒有被子，有起球的毯子，上下用床單把毯子包了起來，定了三天又不允許退，沒辦法對付住着，晚上睡覺都不敢動，動散了好多次了，好難受，避坑吧

The location of the hotel is superb, just locate opposite of the ferry terminal and bus station, super convenient to those going to Penang via train service to Butterworth. However, the front of the hotel is vey busy with the running traffic, up and down from the car have to be very careful. The hotel can be said no service at all. There is only one staff at the front desk and sometime none. Don't expect any room service, even room cleaning has to remind them. But the check in service is fast enough. Room is small but good enough to get a good rest, and there is a kettle you can boil your own water and don't have to buy drinking water from the convenient store. Easy to walk to all the attractive places in Georgetown.

Very good location, close to tourist attractions and food. The room is spacious, the water pressure is good, but not suitable for tourists who drive by themselves. The hotel's free parking is very difficult to park. You have to go outside to pay for parking, which is quite expensive.
