This is one of our awesome stay.
Location easy to grab around. Nice swimming pool and cozy lobby. Spacious room and strong aircond. Gym is under renovation. There are 2 eating place but we never try, nearby has a few coffee shop that serve delicious local food.
We will visit again with the lower price we got.

We had a great stay at BreakX Hotel Penang! The room was spacious, cozy, and beautifully designed with a modern touch. It came with two queen beds, which was perfect and very comfortable for the four of us. The price was reasonable for the size and quality of the room.
The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
The only downside was the soundproofing — we could hear kids crying and people talking from the room opposite, which was a bit disruptive at times.
Overall, a pleasant experience and we would still consider staying again!

Room very spacious but the shower water pressure very low, suddenly the water heater like not warm water. Hopefully hotel can improve the issue.

I booked a two queen beds room that is very clean and spacious. Nice morden design.
However the water pressure is low and no laundry bag is provided.
Highly recommended especially for family travel with kids.

Everything was perfect! Will come back again. Only thing is, security was not around when I needed to endorse my Touch n Go card. Luckily was not too expensive.

Clean and big room, we booked 7 rooms for family trip, however water pressure is small for few rooms.
Found stain on bed sheet from one of the rooms, but manage to change the room the next day.
Even there is water dispenser provided on every floor but it is without HOT WATER.

The worst hotel experience. Many places are remote. The reception desk is the worst. He had a fake smile during the whole check-in process. He could speak Chinese but had to speak English. When I checked in and turned to leave, he actually looked at me with contempt. My wife happened to find out and told me. What a rubbish hotel. Rubbish
