The room was very clean. I was amazed that the staff cleaned it twice a day. It was also very quiet with excellent soundproofing. I booked a sea view room, and the large windows gave me a truly beautiful view of the ocean and the sunrise. The hotel has a pool and a gym, and the breakfast was very generous, leaving me feeling very full every morning. Transportation was convenient; I usually took a taxi, and there were several restaurants nearby. Overall, my stay was very comfortable! However, most of the hotel staff didn't speak much Chinese, which was a bit awkward at first, but it eventually became more manageable.

The check-in lady was a lovely Malay woman who spoke Chinese. She helped carry my luggage to the elevator. The elevator only displayed floors 1, 2, 3, and 9, and I had to swipe my card to reach my room. On my first night, I found empty bottles and cakes in the room's trash can. I initially assumed they were a reminder to guests about trash separation, but the next day, the empty bottles and cakes were gone. So, I'll deduct some points for cleanliness. The view from the ocean view room was pretty average, haha. There's really no need to stay in an ocean view room here.

A must-stay hotel every time I visit Penang! Highly recommended!
Facilities: The pool has a beautiful, photogenic view, and the gym is well-equipped.
