This hotel is quite new and the space is perfectly configured. Even the 17 square meter room has a good place to put the suitcases, and the 20 square meter twin room has a luggage table that can hold two 20-inch suitcases flat.
The bed is very comfortable and the pillows are very fluffy, which is rare in general hotels. It shows the hotel's attentiveness. In addition, toothbrushes and paper slippers are provided for travelers' reference.
A 5-minute walk towards Guangda, there is a street full of Chinese restaurants, Nyonya restaurants, Japanese restaurants, and steak restaurants. The New World Food Court at the other end has 30-40 restaurants.

Since it's newly operated hotel, overall is good, clean & complete amenities provided.
There's water filter machine at lobby.
Only 1 point need to highlight is cleaning team need to more aware that not every room guest will went out early, even thought is their schedule cleaning time but you can't just knock the door and come in for cleaning.
